When you lease from Olive Tree Management, you are dealing with the company that owns the building. There is no management company or leasing brokerage in between. Questions get answered by the people who can answer them, and terms are agreed with the party able to agree them.
That applies on both sides of the portfolio. Residential tenants deal with the owner about their home, and commercial operators negotiate their lease with the owner of the premises.
