Olive Tree Management holds property across two divisions. The residential division comprises single-family rentals, duplexes and infills, townhomes and multi-family buildings, leased directly to residents. The commercial division spans service retail, fuel and convenience, warehousing, light industrial, flex bays and office space.
The portfolio has been assembled since 2011 through direct acquisition, and every asset is operated in-house. Leasing, maintenance and property administration are handled by the company rather than contracted out.
Diversification across both divisions is deliberate. Residential and commercial tenancies respond differently to the Alberta economy, and holding both has kept the portfolio steady through several cycles.
